220V Dryer. Most of them are restricted to use in single family
or condominium residences. There is a special "Professional"
brand that is required for Apartment Rentals. If the Retail/Condo
brand is used for Apartment Rentals, the warranty is greatly
reduced, to 6 months, from three years. Developers, who may
not decide until the last minute to build condos or apartments
for rent, may find this very frustrating. The Professional brand
is not well stocked, often requiring 2 months lead-time. The
Professional brand has been simplified for tenants’ use.
The Professional model numbers are WMC55 (Washer) and TDC44
(Condensing Dryer, formerly the TDC33).
